In June 2008, Acting Assistant Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs Business and Administration Sue Matthews issued a charge on behalf of Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs Felicia E. McGinty to conduct a review of business operations within the Division of Student Affairs. The Student Affairs Business Processes Task Force comprised of 21 employees (unit managers, business managers, financial coordinators and administrative analysts) was assembled to carry out this review. The Task Force assessed procedures and practices internal to the Division of Student Affairs related to financial reporting, financial analysis and staff human resources transactions.
