Welcome to Student Affairs

Registrar

The mission of the Office of the Registrar is to maintain an accurate academic record for each student who enrolls at UC Santa Cruz, and to provide timely, accurate, and responsive services to students, faculty, staff and the public.

Areas of service to students include academic publications (Catalog, Navigator), classroom scheduling, registration and assessment of fees, enrollment in classes, grading and narrative evaluations, certifying degree requirements, issuing official transcripts and diplomas.




Financial Aid

The Financial Aid Office coordinates the awarding of scholarships, grants, work-study, and loans to UCSC students who demonstrate financial need and meritorious scholarship. In addition, parents and students who do not demonstrate financial need are eligible to receive unsubsidized (interest bearing) federal/parent/student loans.
